FOB - INSPECT LIFT AND PAY

HOUSTON PORT/ ROTTERDAM PORT/ FUJAIRAH PORT

  • 1. Buyer sends company profile , CIS and Tank Storage Agreement 
  • 2. Seller issues commercial invoice and UDTA (Free Two Days Access)
  • 3. Buyer completes UDTA with their inspector details 
  • 4. Upon satisfactory inspection buyer provides TSR for delivery
  • 5. Injection schedule is issued and delivery is programmed according to injection schedule
  • 6.Buyer confirms product in tanks and completes acts of title transfer ATSC to buyer name
  • 7. Buyer is provided Full POP including SGS , ATSC,  EXPORT LICENSE .
  • 8. Buyer Makes Payment for total product Quantity.
  • 9. Seller settles Buyer and seller side commissions if any
